    Post Upgrade of service

In a recent survey conducted by our company, we noticed that a big hold-back regarding motion systems is the fact that people are unfamiliar with these systems. Even dough our systems are plug and play, still there is a doubt if the installation will go flawless and operation will succeed without problems.

Even dough we had no problems with our existing customers, we have upgraded our service upon purchase for new projects.

So from now on, at no extra cost, we deliver our systems ourselves, and prepare it for operation at the customer’s location. All this followed by an instruction session.
If the system is used in a commercial environment, we assist during the first days of operation.

We are convinced that this new procedure is the ideal upgrade on the service we want to offer our clients.

    Re: Upgrade of service

Will you fly the motion device and a technician to Canada, at no cost?

    Re: Upgrade of service

Well we dont fly the motion device ourselves, this is done by the shipping company but we make sure our technician is on location (Canada or elsewhere) by the time of delivery.
