    Not high res. but should be fine for a small avatar.
    I changed the colors and the figure with Photoshop
    Best I cando 4U!!

    If you have Corel Draw or Illustrator you can trace the bitmap and create a vector image from it, then you can scale it to whatever size you like.
    You may have to clean up some of the nodes after the trace but it works fine in most cases.
