cnc machines are cool, great job.
I will always have a fondness for cnc's because they were my trade before i left the uk. Actually precision engineering on cnc and manual millers, i must have made some stuff when the boss went home lol

    Ba543, let the show begin.

Congratulation!! This is the most valuable 6 months you ever have spent - the payback time is very short.
The rest is up to your fantasy and of course available spare time,
but Iím sure we very soon will see some great evidence of success.

    Happy milling.

    Nice work!

The only bad thing I can say about CNC machines is they are so fun they take away from flight simming! I love mine so much I even offer to make signs for my neighbours for free.

    Enjoy!

Heres a couple of things i have cut so far, the efis panel on the left some of you will have seen before in my other post (Engraving my panels), which i thank all of you who shared their advise with me.. The efis on the right is the latest its 99% there, still would just like to improve the engraving maybe try a diffrent end mill. MIP is 3mm MDF doubled up . Cheers Riche..

Thanks for the pics, they are wonderful.

Please ad your photos to the PhotoGallary. It would be much appreciated, since most builders and Aviation Enthusiast go there to look at our projects.

You can do this at both places.

Fantastic job!!! Did you build your CNC from plans or was that your own design? If from plans, can you share where you got the plans from?

    Thanks,
    Maurice

    Re: CNC 100% Totally Finished.

Thanks for all ya kind words guys, I followed this guys design http://buildyourcnc.com/latest.aspx I had no clue about CNC before i started it has been 6 months of learning but it is very rewarding. The guy from that site (daniel) was very helpful when i was asking questions about his CNC, Also i did like the video tutorials he has done, because Im the type of person that understands somthing better when phisically shown. Was never very good at school trying to learn from a book. Cheers all ..
