    CockpitSonic Reviews?

Hey everyone. I've been looking around at different companies from which to purchase the MIP for my 737NG project, and I stumbled across CockpitSonic USA. Does anyone here have an MIP from CockpitSonic, or does anyone have a link to a review of their products? I'm just trying to get a feel of what kind of product they produce. I know that Engravity is really nice, and that it sorta sounds like it's the standard to beat when it comes to panels, but I'm afraid I can't afford it right now So, I'm trying to find out if CockpitSonic makes a good product.

    Thanks!

    Re: CockpitSonic Reviews?

Yes, I bought all my parts from cockpitsonic (Germany), since I live close to them (easier with quick repairs, just in case...).
Very sturdy stuff. I bought it, because I am not familiar with electronics and soldering, so I wanted a complete plug& play solution. As far as I know, Engravity does not provide the complete cockpit hardware for a 737 in plug&play status. FDS neither, at least at the time I bought my stuff last year.
Cockpitsonic DO provide all parts for self-assembly as well.
As of today, I had no complaints about the MIP, pedestal, throttle, FMC, yokes, Overhead and aft overhead. Only on my MCP, one LED is partly inoperable. But this will be replaced soon.
However, I can not tell you about the quality of service of CS USA, if itīs ok!

    Cheers
    Chris

I have only ordered one part from them. I lost a part during un-packaging, and they replaced it asap at no cost to me. It was a small part, but important and I had the part within 4 days of asking for help.

    Dirt,

Engravity, Flightdecksolutions, Cockpitsonic/USA, All make very nice Products.

The industry is small and they all try to be as good as each other. My Personal opinion is that Engravity Panels are as close to real as you can get. but that doesn't mean the rest are crummy, They are all good.

    If that makes any sense.
