    The evolution of my simpit

My goal is to build a realistic/ generic cockpit that I can use to fly most aircraft in Flight Sim. As of right now I’m still flying a desk but hopefully by the end of the year I will have a full enclosure and it will actually look and feel like a real aircraft. I primarily fly corporate jets so I guess I’m going to mostly model my simpit after the Citation X

In the beginning I only had one CH yoke and that’s it…then I added the CH rudder peddles. That’s when I decided to start building my simpit. Here is the first picture I took of my original setup.

Then I added a second monitor and got the Airliner setup from GoFlight

Next I added some Simkit instruments and the real 737 yoke by ACE

A few more simkit instruments and 2 more GoFlight modules, Oh and Logitech backlight keyboard (a really nice addition)

Same shot, a sort of night view to show the keyboard

Most current picture with the TripleHead2Go.

Same shot at Night...finally starting to feel the emersion.

    So far:
    3 “22 monitors with the TripleHead2Go
    15 GoFlight modules
9 Simkit instruments (more on the way)
The real 737 yoke by ACE
    Saiteks rudder peddles

Keep in mind this is just the beginning
    So much more to do…

I will continue to post updates as I make more progress so stay tuned.
