I am with Matt on this one. I can't believe that the holiday season is Here.

In my letter to Santa, I requested some more simulator parts. When my wife read my letter to Santa, all I got was a (Pfft! and a dreamer) comment.

I know that Santa will be good to me. I was a good boy this year.

I would love to hear what some of you asked Santa for..

Happy Holidays to all, and we will talk to you all soon.

BTW... Are you all still using Skype?

Hi Trever... Santa has already been good to me! If you have been following my work in the "Cockpit update" thread! And yes we all still use Skype. We are going to put a chat program back up but we are not sure wich one yet.

Smile Happy Holidays and My Thoughts

I would like to wish all a very Happy and safe Holiday Season…

I also want to pass on to ALL our IFSBI Membership a “BIG THANK YOU” for all the support. We are just over a year old and just about to hit 300 in memberships. Without the input from builders and dreamers like you, IFSBI would be a very small part of the sim community. Our goals are big and we hope the membership will grow to be a big part of it.

This site is constantly growing and upgrading to help educate each other in cockpit building. The old Builders Links will be going away for the new style in vBulletin. All the links are being moved over and soon complete. I hope you spend some time at this page. There are a lot of builder sites and other related information. The sky’s the limit in here.

I am very pleased how our Suppliers Mall is working out. Many of the Vendors are participating in the forum answering your questions. A picture of their new products, coming out, sure makes it nice to have one place to shop.

We hope in the New Year we can provide more information for the cockpit builder in other media’s. We would like to take advantage of TeamSpeak and Skype for voice chats in more roundtable discussions. I would be nice to find a way to do video classroom training over the Internet. Product demonstrations, building tips, and application software testing to name a few.

IFSBI will be at IFC Denver 2007 in July. We will be hosting the Level-D Experience again this year. More will be posted in early 2007 with a sign up form. Steve Crist of IFC-USA and myself are working with UAL and FTI to help you get time in a Level-D sim. Look forward in seeing you there.

Also look for 2007 to be a very big year in cockpit building. IFSBI plans on being a big part of bringing the cockpit building community together for a central location of information. Please be a part of it with us!

    Bob,

I have been watching... I swear by the look of your basement you moved into my house in Toronto...

Everything your doing looks fantastic. I was indeed though surprised that your going to play with Matts Epic saga, after he had so many problems with it. Happy Programming buddy

I am looking forward to hooking up with you guys over the Holidays, as this year marks my now second year anniversary of Simulator building.

I have made a lot of mistakes over the years, and feel sometimes I should learn from my mistakes, however like most of us, I need to make the same mistakes over and over before I learn.

    Happy Holidays everyone..

    Trev
