Dual concentric knobs on Flap panel.
Hi,
I noticed that the N1 set and VREF SET knobs look like duel concentric knobs. When I received my Hiswapanels kit for the flaps panel I also noticed thatthere are two encoders supplied for the each of the above mentioned features.
Why? I can't figure out why a seperate set is needed what am I controlling with the second encoder?
Thanks for your time

outer knob the variable (for example V1, Vr, Vref, etc) and inner knob the value.
Only needed in case you enter these settings manually. Usually they are on Auto and FMC calculates them.
