305mm - measured on a real 737-800NG! Not sure on the real MIP to Pillar measurement but mine is about 600mm.

    Thanks for that Gwyn.

I'm trying to mod a 737-200 Glare to fit with an NG MIP/Shell configuration, and I was trying to get my head around where the MIP would fall in relation to the underside of the glare, and work out what support I need to provide.

Given that Glare is only around 500mm deep from A/P controller face to the part that butts up to the window post, there must be only around 200/250mm left behind the MIP (at least at the top edge anyway) which doesn't seem a lot.

I know the NG glare is a bit different, and I don't think the 737-200 glare overhangs quite so much, so I thought I would try and find out where the support points were on the 737-200 or 727 which I guess is more similar than the NG - If that makes sense.

    Cheers,

    Rob
