    Well,

Flap 3 Landings can be done at any time. Sometimes is better to do a Flaps 3 Landing cause you have a litle less drag on your plane and you can save around 100KG of fuel so it can be used as a Fuel saving technique. Flap 3 is also recommended in Gusting conditions cause of the tendency to float less... Less Flap setting less floating on the plane. When you approach with Flpas 3 you have a little higher pitch condition than in Flap Full configuration and also a slightly Higher VApproach. I like to land the bus Better with Flaps Full, handles better for me!

    Regards,

    Roberto
