The front of that flap lever is awfully rough. I'd think that pieces would be finished better than that for $3200 dollars.

Machine marks and the joint line are very visible.

The left trim indicator is bent as is the left throttle knob.

    Michael,

You are totally right, but this is what we are getting. At least what I got. I have two of them and they look the same. This is why I wil not sell these units anymore until somebody comes with a better product.

Just a little more attention to detail would make is a great product.

Sometimes it's the little things that separate an OK product from a great product.

I'm sure that mechanically and electrically it's fine.

Not necessarily fair statements being made.

Yes it's a bit pricey, but FSC guarantees 100% unconditional satisfaction, and anyone buying from them knows this. I agree, the unit is not perfect, but you do get what you pay for, it's not the real thing. You can pay $5000 +++ to get a better or realistic product . It takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to manufacture a product like this. I've taken mine completely apart to do the review and was amazed what it takes to make this product.

    Hi Matt,

I could not agree more with the level of service FSC provided me. I wish everybody in the industry have this same level.

That being said, and I want to be very clear FSC does not have control over this; these units are made by these company in Poland. As Michael indicated, this units have some work to be done.

Also to be fair to FSC, these units are the same units Cockpitsoni sells, but with a diferent controlling board. In fact, the other unit I have (Brand new too), it is from Germany and it looks the same.

I am sorry to sound a little bit harsh, but these units have given me a some headaches.

In the positive side, they have improved the unit when compared to previous versions (i.e.: metal parts).

Again, FSC it is a great company that like us, have little control on the production and quality of the units.

I would like to thank you and Trevor for this website. I am convinced that this hobby is going to develop more thanks to your great work.

    Cheers from the Texas!

I'm actually currently considering getting FSC's motorized TQ, and have been in contact with them in regards to certain information. Once I've gone through the paperwork, I plan on contacting them about whatever questions I might have. Good communication thus far!

One of my main concerns is the fact that it is not designed to have the motors driving the throttle arms run in place in the case of any external intervention from the pilots when the autothrottle is engaged.
