    Glareshield Boeing 737-800

    Hello,

I want to build the glareshield.

The problem is I donīt know how deep the glareshield is. In the download area I found different informations and measurement.

So what is right in case I would build a 1:1 replica with to possibility to put it into a cockpit housing??

    Thank you for your help.

    Wolfgang

    Hi,

wow thatīs what Iīm looked for. Great. I think I can start now building.

Buying is in this case not an option for me, cause itīs to expensive.
Iīve done so lot of steps with the EFIS and MCP panels and so I would say this one is possible to do.

So thank you very much for your help!

I'm in the fortunate position to own a manufactured replica. The bottom of the MCP is 31cm from the MIP. It is under 90 degrees. The panel on top of the MCP is 38 cm and the rest of the glare shield is aligned with that. If you have any other measurements that you cannot find on the Marcus site, don't hesitate to ask me. I'd be happy to measure it for you.
