    Trim Switch Guard

    Hi,

    Anyone know where you can get a trim switch guard for a 737 yoke?
    I asked Dieter at Routech but he says they aren't for sale...

    Just ask Jakub from Poldragonet. I bought yokes 2 months ago and I think he will sell this without yoke.

    I got mine from Roberto Soriano in San Salvador (I think), the details were on Ian`s website. The quality was fine, delivery and communication excellent. His email address is viro_online@hotmail.com and two trim housings with switches cost me $70 plus delivery back in Jan 2008.

    Hi Dave,

    Good thinking - I have 2 of Robertos yokes (from when Joe made them) and I am wanting to replace 1 of the trim guards as it is cracked - will see if Roberto will sell them individually...

    Hi Mike, It has been buggin me where I had seen them but finally found them again, Simparts.de do a trim switch complete on there site, just to go to the 737 section then the controls sub-section they are in there.

    Not a bad price considering they have the switch built in ready to go, I may buy two of them myself for my jetliner yokes.

    Why would you buy one at 87 euro and doubtful quality when you can get 2 for 70 dollars from Roberto?

    sorry meant to post this the other day. my second yoke came from a colleague in the netherlands, Said. you may have seen him at the Lelystad show where he and i met up for a 'chat'.

    this is the guy who makes the yokes for opencockpits.
    drop him a mail and ask him if he can help you out. his mail address is boeing7377ng@hotmail.com.
    his trim switch assembly has the switches buried in the housing so that the trim switch levers dont protrude above the guard.
