Hello from Minnesota

Like someone else, I want to get rid of the message at the top of the screen that I haven't posted yet. Not that I'm unsocial, I just spend most of my time here consuming mass quanities of information that's available.

You see my problem started with always having been fascinated with flying. I've had a copy of flight simulator since the first version before Microsoft bought it. Then I got my pilots license and unfortunately I most likely will never pass the medical again. Damm ticker! Anyway, I stumbled onto this site and Hangar 45 where I found and met a bunch of very talented and focused individuals that have ruined my life! Ok, maybe just my bank account, because now for the first time ever, I have to build my first cockpit, but I can't think of a better group of people to do it with.

So it probably won't be long and I'll be posting some pics of my progress and posting questions on how to do something and hopefully along the way, answering someone else's question.

This hobby is a great outlet for pilots that don't, or can't fly any longer.
