    I feel for each and every one of you.
    I have a dual knob from Padraig from back when, but I also am waiting for another one.

    However, there are more than enough posts about this and any more would really be flaming and bashing, so I'm closing this thread. If anyone has questions in the future, he/she can be referred here to this thread with no further comments.
