Hi Jack-
I hear you and i'm not going away anytime soon. I'll stay with FSX as long as I can, until at which point if there is nothing new from MS, or if X-Plane addresses some of it's issues, then I'll switch. I love FSX no doubt (was on the beta team for it). FS2004 rocked as well.
I'm in the middle of installing a brand new Level D visual system, so the graphics are pretty much a moot point for me now. It's really a matter of flight modeling and smoothly driving my visuals (which I'm having a problem doing so with MSFS). I'm hoping the PMDG 737NGX comes out soon! The one for FS2004 flew like the real thing.
