    Hello Robert

I'm running FlightSim Commander on a second PC and I think FSC is the only option with you requirements. You will also need WideFS.

I have been using FSC since version 8.0. They have realy come a long way and as Per Erik say, it's the only option.
I also tried version 7.7 back in the FS9 times, but then it only reached FSNavigator to their knees. Much has changed and improved since then. Its a really good tool with the gound maps (i.e. parking, taxing), appcharts and visual online traffic as well as VATSIM/IVAO controller info.
No problem hooking it up in a network and even exports flightplans to a number of different addon aircrafts flight computers if you have made your flightplan in FSC. This is not used much by me though since punching FMC is half the fun.

FSCommander is my flight planner also. I like it a LOT.

Note that if you do your online flying on VATSIM/IVAO you WILL see the other player's traffic injected into the TACAS table on the moving map screen. The problem is that for flying on FSHost servers ...... FSCommander relys on the additional use of the interface program AIBridge to get the TACAS data for the other players. That piece of software (AIBridge) is a totally buggy and VERY problematic application.... it hasn't been updated in YEARS..... and does not work as much as it works. It can cause problems with other players connecting to the FSHost server after it is connected. It can stop working without notice. And so on.

So for moving map funtions in online stuff not on VATSIM/IVAO.... FSCommander does not work very well because of its dependence on AIBridge.

    best,

    ....................john

If you use PM, QuickMap really runs well and smooth.
    Map/airports/ all Navs/ TCAS/ frequencies etc etc
Can be implemented on any computer and displayed on a second screen if necessary.
    Try the demo.
