    What's left to add on?

Okay, so I have a really good system now that's running FS9 great (FSX okay) for the past 6 months and Im wanting to find out about any software packages that I just HAVE to have to complete my FS9 installation, not counting individual airport packages (of which I have MANY great ones).

    First, what I HAVE already:

FS9 patched all the way to the last version
    Ultimate Terrain USA
    Ground Environment (not Pro)
    Active Sky 6
    Ultimate Traffic 2004
    World of AI
    Real Environment Pro
    FSfxHotseat AI Sound Blaster
    Radar Contact 4

Is there anything else that I could add that would just really complete the Wow level?

    Ive considered:

    Flight Environment 2004
    Zinertek Ultimate Night Environment 2007
    Flight Environment Extreme
(which is for FSX, but you can somehow get the awesome clouds to work in FS9)

What else guys? Am I missing anything?

Can anyone say that the A2A (formerly Shockwave) 3D lights redux did anything for their full size cockpit? Ive seen some AI with it installed and it did spruce the AI up considerably.

    thanks for any suggestions!

    Hi Eric,

What about FSGenesis for terrain mesh?
Flight Environment improves the clouds, water and sky and what about GEPro - if you have the latest Active Sky you can get it to jump into GE which will then load the correct textures depending upon the weather and will then fire up FS with these correct textures e.g. slightly duller textures on cloudy days etc.

    Something to consider...
    Cheers

    How about:

    VOZ http://www.vistaoz.org/
    AES
    Ultimate Terrain Canada
    FSGenesis Terrain Mesh
Holger Sandmann's Alaska scenery "Glacier Bay"

Flight Environment and GEPro have been considered along with the FS Genesis. Does the mesh really make that big of a difference when you are flying a corporate jet high and fast?

If it does, then Id consider it for sure.

I dont do the AES because it wont do much for me at smaller GA fields, or the GA Ramp at the bigger fields. Ive downloaded VOZ, but havent installed it yet since it changes my whole textures (Im a bit fearful of this).

Thanks for the ideas guys. Anything else? Seems like GE Pro and Flight Environment are the ones so far.

If you are using Ultimate Traffic (& Radar Contact) I presume you are using AI instead of flying online??
If so have you replaced the default models with better versions?
Shockwave lights do look impressive and I think would only benefit if you use AI (see above)

Then it's more airports & perhaps some utilities to keep your pc in top condition e.g. decent defrag software (e.g. O&O defrag) and a registry cleaner (e.g. RegSupreme Pro)....
    Cheers

I can always recommend FSPassengers if you don't have that add on.

Mesh makes a big difference, even high up and fast.
