    lear 45

I cant believe that nobody has designed a new lear 45, for FSX. The default lear is so loaded with faults. Does anyone know of one out on the market? Please let me know. 1 with an FMC proper LNAV VNAV , light switches that work properly. My goal is to build a sim around this plane, to make it simple. I am thinking of using all plug and play equipment.

You can try Friendly Panels Lear. It comes with an FMC and is pretty good. There are many of us modeling the Lear45.

You can get panels from Innovative Flight Simulator Products (www.innovativefsp.com).

I dont think you will find much in the way of plug and play however if you are trying to model the plan exactly.

I imagine myself using a lot of 737 equipment. I did look at the friendly panels, but I heard they are lacking in the FMC. Only basic function. But still do all the light switches work properly? Because on the default plane, I find a lot of errors. For instance the landing light switch does nothing, no 2nd nav display. Mind you I will be using project magenta for the displays.

There is nothing out there that allows you to do everything in the Lear 45. You need to look at all of the functions and compare to what offsets are available. A lot more works in FP though but you would have to use some mouse macros for some of it. PM doesnt cover a lot of what is required. There are a large group of builders workiing on pits specifically for the learjet 45.
