    Good Day All

    Good day, nice to meet you all. A few words??? hmmmm?

    I got into this cockpit building thing through my air show business. I am currently performing in a Citabria, however, very shortly will have my Acroduster up and flying (1250 lb bi-plane with 300hp).
    Wanting to offer something completely different to the air show community, I purchased a single seat Starduster frame which is used for display purposes only. Although slightly smaller, the thing is almost an exact replica of the Acroduster and is perfect for mall displays etc.
    Well... one thing led to another, and soon I found myself outfitting the starduster frame with a computer and outfitting the 'real' joystick to run the thing. With a little work, a few late nights, and a whole lot of frustration, I have finally written a program that communicates with SimConnect to operate Phidget components. Now the display aircraft is outfitted with a full set of VFR guages and other controls. Perfect for display events when some youngster (or his/her dad) want to sit in the thing and 'fly it' through a mall. MyCockpit.org was a huge help in figuring all this stuff out. Thanks to each of you.
