Are you meaning that you want the upper and lower EICAS to be side by side instead of one on top of the other?

If so, then yes, it is possible.

You will need to manipulate the EICAS guages in the panel.cfg file. I modify the panel.cfg file to pick and choose the 767 guages I wanted to display and reposition them to match the cutouts in my MIP panel. Not that difficult to do. I have a sample of my cfg file on the Yahoo 767 cockpit builder group. Ran Finkel also has an example there too. It was actually Ran who first help me with this.

    Henry

Hi Henry,I was more thinking about rotating the whole monitor itself 90 degrees and then the EICAS so there could be more rome behind the MIP with out running into the ANNUN cluster or the flaps gage.Do you think thats possible?

    Hi Dan

    Yeah, that is possible.

I can only speak from how to do it with a nvidia video card. If you go into the nvidia control panel, under Display, there's an option called Rotate display. Select the monitor you want to rotate.... you can rotate left or right 90 deg or even 180 deg.

    Regards,
    Henry
