A complete MSFS manual?
I'm tired of finding all kind of Flight Simulator settings and tricks one by one. Is there a really good book or maybe an online manual which explains the whole MSFS stuff? I don't mean the online help but a much more detailed thing where also stuff like aircraft.cfg's, ini files and all the keyboard shortcuts is included.
Any tipps, links...?

Here is a link to set up your computer for best results with MSFS. I've used it on two systems and it really does work.
Scroll down just a bit. Follow the directions EXACTLY.
For settings within FS, there are just too many computer hardware variables to tell you what settings to use. It's best to start with sliders to the left and start increasing each one, one at a time until you see performance starting to degrade, or degrade to the point at which you can't stand any more.Boeing Skunk Works
Remember...140, 250, and REALLY FAST!
We don't need no stinkin' ETOPS!

The only detailed information source (other than the in game help) I am aware of is the SDK. It details the various config files. The FSX SDK is on the installation disk of the deluxe version. There is an online version for ESP here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa155301.aspx
