Unhappy From a real 737Cockpit Sim to this! :(

Well istarted on a desk back in the early 90's, progressed to a real 737 cockpit by early 2000, now i'm back to what you see in the picture. Guess it is better than nothing. At least it is on a 120" picture! LOL

I'm doing pretty much the same thing at the moment. Wall projector, a throttle quad, a stick and rudder peddals. Gotta sim somehow when you're still building.

Yep, I know the feeling. Had a full Cessna at one time and now I'm down to a desktop panel.

I bet you will manage to have a full scale sim once again

Do well on your desktop for a while. It is also fun

And some day, a plane drop out of the sky and hopefully land in your garden

Thanks! The really cool thing is that my girlfriend LOVES watching me fly and ask me take her places all the time. She hates TV but loves the sim. I see a 3rd marrage coming soon

I am currently facing having to dismantle most of the sim and leave it behind. It wasn't much but it was all I had so I am planning to take what I can.

    Kinda

Transitional currently. Actually for the last few months I had not known how much longer I would be staying in Switzerland, and now I have briefly returned to Turkiye. But even how long that lasts remains to be seen so I might hold off unpacking the parts of the sim that I can afford to take with me, at least until Jan 09.

    Rob sent you a PM

    Hey Rob,

Sounds good about your new girlfriend. Try to let her fly you somewhere, so she might get bitten by the bug and want to build the sim for you! Also, I sent you a couple PM's, can you get back too me?

    John
