    Conversion to USB

    Hi

I have PFC Yoke which is not USB. Is it possible to convert this to USB or do I have to look for a new Yoke?

It's not a problem to convert things. I'm suspecting if its not USB it will be something called gameport the previous 'usb type' plug. Look at your current connector and if it has 15 pins it will most probably be a standard gameport adapter.

therefore you need a gameport to Usb adaptor. These can be bought for £15-20.

I have a couple because i never know when i might need one. I can sell you one if you're interested otherwise i would gladly refer you to ebay.

    hope that helps

    Might work

This just may work, I did not have any luck using one when trying to adapt my AFSCIII yoke. Which led me to order Leo Bodnars BOU386X card, It's really worth buying, not only can you EASILY wire your axis into this card, you can add buttons and switches as easy as sliding a stripped wire into a socket. Also, I had no luck trying to get a SERIAL, PFC Cirrus II Console connected, so I will again use Leo's card for this as well, it has enough inputs to cover all the PFC devices.
