Gooday Roberto.......No , I had to design and cut out every part on the cnc. Took some doing but it is worth the effort I think, especially as it is all metal and won't break !!. Am just in the throws of putting the whole lot together and wiring it up. Will post some Pics in a couple of weeks when it is finished.
    Cheers.........Brian W.

Well thank you Roberto. The metal is all aluminium, and is machineable grade, which we can buy at our local supply shop ( should be easily available).
The cutter is a solid carbide 2 flute 3mm. cutter that I buy from http://www.precisebits.com/. The cutting is slow because I am using the engraving router and the speed is too high for metal, but who is in a hurry !! The slow part really is getting all the design worked out so that it all fits into the console, and is as close as possible to the real measurements.
    Cheers...............Brian W.

    Hi Brian,

as I put already a remark on ifsbi gallery for your picture of the throttle ... WOW....
I also asked there if there is a small chance you might build one for sale....
you did not reply. Is this possible for you to cut the pieces and tell the price?
I can assemble, no problem.... I build most of my panels myself out of wood with
limited tools (no CNC) but the throttle posts a serious challenge....
