Well I am happy to have scored these two items, enjoy!

Both items come from ex Delta Airlines airplanes. The Throttle quadrant from N706DA, then later ATA, forget the tail number, had over 70,000 flight hours!
The yoke is from sister ship N707DA ex N187AT, she had over 60,000 flight hours. Hey do you guys also keep up the history of the parts you buy? I find it quite fascinating. For example, my captains side instrument panel is a former Eastern Airlines then Delta, she was one of the original demonstrators that flew around the world!

Where did you find this stuff?

I flew in an L1011 once way back in the late 80s when I was in the Navy. We chartered a flight for my squadron to deploy to Japan and they picked us up at NAS Glenview IL in one. Flew up to Anchorage, refueled, then off to Misawa, Japan.

Yes, I keep a log of the parts I get from which jets. Not many here can say they do since they get them from third party suppliers that have nothing to do with Boeing or Airbus.

I have parts from 1965 though 1988 from American, Delta, and TWA, 727's. I have a few parts from a South American airline I've yet to identify, but they are Boeing parts. My newest part is the Sperry AP SP-50 aboard my 727. That was a fresh removal and I got it with the 8130 and all tags.

It's great keeping these old airliners alive one way or another.

Leaving thrust reversers is pretty rickety as you can see. Theres a couple of bushings missing in the linkages, I need to get a lathe and make some new bushings out of bearing bronze to smooth up the action. Man it sucks when your machine shop is some where far, far away from where you currently live ...
