While looking for Linux magazines to further my education, I came across their podcasts.

FlightGear has been around for a while. I have not played with it much but its very open ended. Its made to be changed and adapted. Builders will find they need to do a bit of programming, but othet than that, its very easy to interface to.God's in command, I'm just the Pilot.
