    which size monitor

I don't have my plans in front of me, but was wondering what size monitor should I be aiming for outside visualation? I have three 19" and one 15" right now. One 19" is for instruments, two 19s are used for outside. Is this "appropriate" or should I be getting 22" lcds?

It is totally up to you, and how far you want to take your simulator. Generally for a dual seat setup you use 2 19" and a 17" for the instruments. Most of us are using projectors for our forward visuals. But for the most immersion, the rule of thumb wold be the bigger the better.

If you have room enough, I would opt for a projector, gives very good results. Anyway, the bigger outside visualisation, the better it will be. Just make sure to have a good resolution, better to have a screen smaller with little pixels then a big one with huge pixels.
