    A Must-See from GoFlight Inc

    A Must-See from GoFlight Inc

This tribute to the Gray Eagles (WWII pilots) was in conjunction with an air show in Ohio called 'The Final Roundup.'

It was the last large gathering of the remaining
P-51 Mustang fighters used during WWII.

There were about 120 of the fighters there, all in flying condition.

The fly-over seen at the end of the video is composed entirely
of P-51s spelling out the number 51.

It was an event that will never be seen again.

Brought to you by your GoFlight Team.
    Enjoy And Happy Flying.

What a beautiful piece of video, what a great story and what a great aircraft. Thanks for sharing this!

I'm very lucky to live close to Lelystad Airport where there's one P-51 still flying. The owner sometimes takes it out and he does some maneuvers almost right over my home, and the whine of the air intake when he dives just gives me goosebumps. Totally awesome.
    Here's a picture I found at www.airservice.nl

Ladies and gentlemen, we've just found an exception to the rule "what goes up, must come down": the landing gear.

Absolutely Matt, I think the same thoughts came through me, when I realize what it is those people, and those aircraft did for our freedom.

Great stuff, and thanks, I needed that refresher.
