Locking window in place in FSX+

I'm using a 17" touchscreen monitor as secondary for the avionics.
It's a really good way to be able to just klick on any button to activate it.

The GPS or CDU are favourite things that I use for it.
However, if I'm not distinct in my keypressing I will sometime tend to move the window instead of pushing a button.

Is there a way to lock a window (especially CDU and GPS) in FSX to a certain position on the screen so it cannot move?

If I choose the GPS (Shift+3) and right click on it I only get the options
"Close window" and "hide menu bar"

Think that worked in FS9 but not in FSX
Or am I doing something wrong?
