New Autothrottle clutch system!

I've checked the video (original link is busted but I searched for "clutch auto throttle" on mycockpitvideos) and it doesn't seem to be playing. Showing 0:0 for time and just says "Loading..." forever.

I'm currently working on few mods in regard to the TQ. As soon as the TQ is back in working order I will post a new video! I think I'm really close on solving our DC motor issue.
