    737NG sidewall map light panels

    Hello..

Ok a while ago Ivar asked me if it was possable to re-produce the map and chart brightness panels as found on the 737NG as apparently you cant get hold of these parts anywhere.

So after looking into it and Ivar providing me with a whole load of photos and measurments I decided to produce 4 sets.

They are illuminated by 4 standard white LED's, I have put a tint layer under the white that gives the warm white that is produced by filament bulbs, well as close as I will ever get, all you need to do is connect them up. The lightplate itself is machined from the rear to accomodate whatever potentiometer you wish to use and all screws are included.

Special thanks to Ivar for making these happen.

I now only have 2 sets left

Price is 60USD + shipping, PM or post any questions you have

    Phil

    They look great Phil.

One tip for added realism. All light panels attached to the aluminum backplate have a small hard rubber washer underneath the screwhead of the same diameter.

At least panels up to those produced in '89, that's the newest module I have.

Yep you are absolutly correct, the newer stuff now uses a plastic washer that clips into the lightplate itself to keep the screws in place once you disassemble it, however I cant get my hands on those anywhere.

    Only 1 set left now

That's pretty convenient. I've had a few get away from me before and then the flashlight has to come out.

I swear there is a black hole in my basement floor.
