OK, use the controlador program and verify the inputs and outputs match your assignments. Verify that it can 'see' the switches working. If it doesn't, you have other issues. Report back and let me know.

Hi, Just to let you know that I have only this version of the MCP I bought about 3 weeks or more ago.

This is it. It is not supposed to need any IO cards etc.

This module is completely plug&play (no need of USB driver). Only needs SIOC with your favourite configuration file that will link with the simulator via FSUIPC or IOCP.

Notice it says, needs SIOC with 'YOUR' configuration. I would still verify you see the inputs working, IOCP console will allow this as well. In the mean time, i will download and read the manual.

Hi 737NUT, The manual is 4 small pages long, with no great data, I will still follow your steps and post a screenshot for you. Thanks once again for having the most patience with me.

Right, I have checked it with IOCPconsole and opened the config file of MCP_737.ssi to add the commands inside. I have project magenta loaded along with FSX etc, I try use the hardware and notthing comes up. But If I use the mouse on the PM MCP I can see SIOC logging the commands, so this leads me to believe that FSUIPC is working and doing its job along with SIOC listening for commands from FSUIPC, but the hardware it self does notthing even tho the hardware is showing up in the main SIOC window with IDX=3 - IOcard MCP Device = 75

So I think I got a defect product. I thought these guys would at least test them before sending it out to me. Or I could be totally mistaken and its my dumbness that's making it not work.

Either way I know have to wait and sufice to broken english support in which takes days

This hasn't been a good experience for me at all with opencockpits.

[ MASTER=3,5,1,75] You should have that entry in your new sioc.ini file. Please verify and if you don't, add it and delete the entry that is in there.

    Thumbs up Success!

Ok, I've found out the problem, Its the USB Hub I was using that I got from Goflight, for some reason it doesn't like the MCP. Once I connected it into the main usb port on the PC and used MCPtest.exe all the lights and displays turned on and stayed on.

I can use it with FSX with PM, but the script functions are totally incorrect for the PM MCP interface.

Thanks 737Nut for helping me with this MCP, I really appreciate all your help you have given me while you also thought me a thing or two regarding the hole SIOC thing.

My script works just fine for the MCP von Opencockpits with PM MCP. Just need your E-mail address than I can send you my SIOC file.

Guess there are a few more here who want to have a look at it. Just ask and than I can send it out.

    Cheers Norbert

    Hi nricky,

Thanks for popping by and offering your script, I have sent you a PM with my email address if you want to pass it over. Im currently 20% programmed of this MCP. Having a full script would save me mega amount of time !
