Ok here is a silly question.. What software are we talking about? Is this PM's GA software?

Yes this was in the GAGC config file

guess i should have made that clear.

Its funny it does not do this with the RJ software only when i run the GAGC.

I believe that "Autopilot=Off / Show/hide autopilot interface" simply shows the autopilot interface on the GAGC I dont think it is even functional at the moment.

Please write this problem to support, because the problem is not on your end. It seems that the AP interface is still active and overwrites any values cyclical so that only some values go through. It happens as well with the Alt changes.

So what autopilot are you trying to use?

The GAGC has a bild-in AP control for the FS-AP. So when it takes the control of the FS-AP and you try to do the same direct connected to FS then the GAGC control is a hindrance. If you control the FS-AP with the GAGC there is no problem.
