    Airport Charts

    Hi,

Anyone know of a good chart supplier. I've sued Jepperson Sim Charts but they are practically useless - don't have taxiway identification.

    Thanks

I think that some charts have not been fully notated. I was looking at EGLL (London, Heathrow) and could not see any designation of the taxiways and that's the airport I will be using frequently. Unless my eyesight is completely off!!!!!

Can you see the designations for taxiways??

    Thanks

    Rob

    Charts etc

I posted this elsewhere in MyCockpits but dont know how to link to it:

You can get the all the UK charts you could desire from

    www.ais.org.uk

you need to register (it's free) and then you can browse and download all of the charts from the UK AIP.

When registered and logged in the page you need is

    www.ais.org.uk/aes/pubs/aip/html/aipad2.htm

Charts from a lot of europe (not quite all) available via Eurocontrol (again free after registering)

    www.ead.eurocontrol.int/eadcms/eadsite/index.php.html

This is somewhat more tortuous to use but it's all there.

Hope this is what you need

I use AOPA's site. You have to be a member but you can download any airport. I think there are free sites on the web. a Google search might turn them up?
