    FEX nightmare

The clouds and water in FEX are very good, but the downloading and lack of back-up service is the worst I have ever seen.
I had to try and re-load onto a new hard drive, and after going to their delivery site:
    http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=license
    I had to give up.
If anyone can figure out how to transfer the licence you have paid for, onto a computer not connected to the internet without having to download again 650 mb. then I would appreciate any help.
There certainly is no help from the suppliers. I had a couple of prospective buyers here the other day and they both stated they would not purchase because of the complicated way of delivery. It is a shame such a good program has to be marketed this way.
    Regards..............Brian W.

Buy the CD version. Then you dont have to deal with the hassle.

Thanks Andy, but I already bought the downloadable one, and if you can find out how to buy a CD one on their site, please inform me.

This is where I have been trying to get some logical steps to re-install FEX. Now maybe I had better get rid of the cockpit and take up lawn bowls, because I am hanged if I can make any sense out of it.

    Brian,

Ok, lets see if I can clear some stuff up for you.

Wrapper = The software installer package that contains the actual program you bought.

Put the disk in and run the file:
    fex_installer.exe
    What happens?
