anyone also experienced bad support from navigraph?
I send already since some days emails to ask why my credits arent added while
I charged via paypal the account with 100 credits. Besides the automated ticket id
email no reaction on numerous emails send to them?

just noticed on the older website of navigraph that they are on vacation until 27 jan.
So i'll need to wait it out...

We call it murphys law....
just when I open the account (jan 11) and have issues with the credits not showing up they are on holidays until another two weeks....damn.....
I was getting fed up with the wrong airway/waypoint error while trying to add my route to the mcdu via airways. Sometimes I wonder if there is still a major bug in the PM for this or its the data which is missing.

same story for me, account created and filled last saturday, and no credits added, no reply to numerous emails... hollidays everytime ?
