    FlightClassic Club membership

    Hi all,

Is there anyone here a club member of www.classicflight.co.uk?

Is the 40 pound membership fee worth it?

    Thanks,
    ncc

Try this link http://buggies.builtforfun.co.uk/Sim/index.html. I have my two DOF up and running after spending around 100$ us for both software and hardware. The signal processing unit is very easy to build about 6 hour after you gather the parts. It works great with FSX and X-plane!!!!

    Hi impalazoo,

That link is already among the top in my bookmarks. Is your 2dof platform built from plans found at that site? I cannot find any 2dof plan there, only a preview of a 3dof platform which I am looking forward to.

I am actually planning to build a platform good for two people. The one at buggies.builtforfun does not seem to be strong enough for this. Currently looking at electric rotary actuator solution but is very expensive. Still searching for a cheaper design. Might eventually go along the line of http://simprojects.nl/diy_motion_platform_iii.htm. Cheers.
