Microsoft Sidewinder PCB in Stick Handle..
Microsoft Sidweinder 2 Force Feedback Handle PCB.jpg
This is the one I am talking about.. It's placed inside the Joystick Handle, and make some kind of matrix for the switches and Coolie Hat..
I need to know what the three legged devices are, and the size if the resistor.. I completely distroyed my own when using to high temperature in my soldering iron. So now I have to make a new one..?
Any ideas?

I doubt you can build a specially made PCB. However, why not just wire the switches to another controller card, like an Opencockpits USB card or Leo's B360 series.
I did that with a joystick. Just soldered wires directly to the switches and ran them to an I/O card.
Hope this helps.John

You could start off with some reading about SMD soldering and SMD with this web page: http://www.smdin.com/solderingsmds.html.
If you damaged the PCB, you can probably throw it away. I agree with jmig, use the switches with a USB controller card. These cards are easy to use and not that expensive. I am using Leo Bodnar's card together with a second hand grip of a Thrustmaster Top Gun joystick I bought on eBay.
There is no need for a PCB to fit in the joystick handle. I rather build a non-SMD PCB and just lay the wires into the joystick grip.
The components on your photo ranges from transistors to resistors. The black blob is a microcontroller and that you will not a replacement anywhere, since it is propitiatory.Fritz -> Helicopter Cockpit Builder

Triggerhappy,
I do have a PayPal account, but no payment is necessary. I am just happy to help out. I have been holding on to this board for a few years now. I have never shipped anything overseas before. What would be the best way, FedEX, UPS?Christopher

The best way to ship overseas is USPS.
UPS and Fed-Ex will charge you your first born to get it there.
USPS takes about five to seven business days and it's cheap.Boeing Skunk Works
