    Colorado Springs 737NG Simpit

    Hello all,

I was recently bitten by the bug to "upgrade" my simpit from a Cherokee 235 to a Scale 737NG. While my 235 is fantastic, I've been hooked on the PMDG 737 and I need more.

I decided to be more active in sharing this build so I make a commitment to fellow simbuilders to attempt to keep this post updated. I spend months at a time away from home so there will be periods when I won't work on the sim, but I'll try to keep up.

So, in light of this, my first post:

I just made the leap and purchased the Revolution-Simproducts Proline Throttle quadrant. Hopefully it won't be too much longer after I get home before it arrives.

I also ordered a Fireball V90 CNC router. That will be waiting when I get back. Then I'll start learning how to make my own panels.

    Cheers,

    Warren

Nice move Warren, llok forward toward further reports regarding your new TQ, and of course pics

I use Colorado Springs as my home base in my sim. Love looking at Cheyenne Mountain early evening, with Pikes Peak in the background. Taking off south, turning back around Pueblo and shooting the 36L approach. Then some short hops to Denver and back.

    Keep us posted Warren

Ahhh! I know exactly what you mean. I have worn a hole in the virtual skies between Pueblo and Colorado Springs and Denver. Nice short hops in my Cherokee 235. It is a nice place to fly, virtual and RW. I wish I had the room to keep both simpits...
