    Hi Edward,
    They look familiar, but we can’t be sure just by looking at the blueprints. There are some dual shaft's ..., looking similar but one of the shafts is just push button and no encoder. What I am looking for are two encoders connected to those two concentric shafts. It is intended for radio – the outer shaft is dialing Megahertz and inner is dialing Kilohertz.

    @OmniAtlas - Hi, i know dual rotary switch will work too, if i solder some resistors on the back, just i am not that good at precise mechanic works. Nevertheless, the link you provided is with brilliant explanations and i'll keep thinking of doing something similar.
