Home cockpit build
Hello to all!
I've decided to start slowly building my home cockpit all by myself. As a programmer I will use arduino for mcp and radio panel(for start). The main panel I will build it with wood that I will paint myself.
Do you have any suggestions? Something that I should be aware of in order to do this correctly? Are there any drawings that I can print and stick them to the wood panel so I can start cutting and making holes for the panels etc?
Thank you very much!

Off cut 3/4" exterior plywood, construction adhesive, and good quality biscuits works for me. Slots in the plywood can hold the panel material to get at the front and back. It's not pretty, but I too am a long way from the finished product.

Re: Home cockpit build
Thank you! I downloaded many autocad files for 737 but haven't found how to stick it on the plexiglass for the mcp. I need to create a gray sticker with the mcp switched etc.

If you have a laser printer you can print onto clear self adhesive film. Not inkjet though it doesn't work
