Some issus with 7-Segment and SIOC Analoge Axis (THR)

Hello all,

I have some Problems with my 7-Segment displays: When it should show e.g. the QNH 1013 the upper(est) is out. (The full right side, middle und lower is on). This is happening with some other numbers as well. When I set the Test-Button the 8888 all is displayed correct.
My System:
Win 7, FSX, SIOC

And my second "problem": The Thrustlever is not sychronous.
When I look the difference between IDLE and short of the first detent point at both it is nearly the same. What do you think is wrong? There are the same potentiometers:
