Noob Computer Build

Hello Sim builders, I would like to get the opinions of my "basic” computer build. Visually am planning for Three OPTOMA GT700 WXGA , 3 acer 22s ws and One 20inch and the Matxor triple head.
This will be my first build, so tell me the do’s and don’ts. After much research the P67is the winner as this is the latest Gen to date. I plan to OC with the help of UEFI,( The bios for Dummies). The components I have chosen are in the order of purchase are as follows:

3. (P67) Mobo= GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD7-B3
4. Intel Core i7 2600K Sandy bridge 3.4 Ghz
5. Patriot Viper Xtreme 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000
6. EVGA 012-P3-1472-AR GeForce GTX 470 (Fermi) SuperClocked 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0
7. CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler
8. OCZ RevoDrive OCZSSDPX-1RVD0180 PCI-Express x4 180GB PCI Express MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
I know it may be Overkill in some areas. But why not. Budget for the computer is around 3500
Would this be close to someone’s Xmas List?
