Moving FS2Phidget LED64 project file to new PC

I have succesfully completed a project file to run a LED64 Phidget card on FSX using FS2P5.021. This works perfectly with FSX via WideFS
This was compiled on a Windows XP 32bit laptop running as a client via WideFS and I now want to run it on the dedicated FSX Client PC also running Windows XP 32bit.
I have not had any success getting FS2Phidget on the Client PC to recognize the LED64 card.

On checking the FS2Phidget log file on both machines it shows that the LED64 is attached but not opened on the Client PC.

Phidget manager shows the LEDs working, the LED64 is listed in the project file correctly, I have tried a clean install of FS2P, many different Phidget com libraries and also tried copying FS2P files from the laptop to the client with no success.

Have I missed someting in trying to copy the project file to a different PC.

Any help would be appreciated.
