Only time I had a similar issue is when I had it set to open all programs in the center window, on triplehead resolutions it would use monitors 2 (center) and three and leave one blank. When I changed to open all program in monitor 1 it went away.....
Thanks for quick reply. Can you tell me where I set it to open all programs in monitor 1?
Its in one of the option menus, but I'm at work so I can't look right now.
