FBSUS - no power

Hello,
i made COM FSBUs today and i have problem with connection.
I put it to +5V and red LED is still off.
LED on power supply (adapter in 230V) is too off, so problem is in current. Current are not in COM.

I use this adapter:

instead of F1 is just wire.

I think it's the power socket. Please make sure that your power socket is not in short!
