Hi all. Me and my Dad are avid FS fans and want to build our own cockpit. No idea on budget yet, but space shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure I'll be picking your brains shortly....we fly the PMDG 737 NG. Based in Derbyshire UK

Good luck and a lot of great info here for you
Hi Darren.
Lots of UK people on here, plenty of inspiration available too. There are some truly magnificent projects out there to wonder at and hope you might one day be able to equal :-)
Welcome!

Welcome Darren,
I'm in Castle Donington, Nr Derby UK
Ian - Thanks for that. I've already been looking at your site- a fantastic achievement. My Dad knows a bit about electronics which will help. It would be fantastic to come and have a look at what you've done - think we need to do a bit of thinking and research ourselves to get a feel for the budget/complexity. Seems to me that the key principle is to build slowly, but leave the ability to add stuff on without having to rebuild. More questions to follow (!) but if you could put me in touch with the Macc chap, that would be great :-)
