Ext power not staying on

Hi guy's,
i'm having trouble trying to workout why the ext power switch will not stay on?? I press it on the pre start , it turns on for a few sec then turns off????

That happened to one of my PCs Michael, the power supply was dead. they are cheap to replace.....or maybe you need a Boeing haha!!!
