Nav frequencies changing at will

My ILS auto lands fail because my Nav radios change frequencies while on the final. I am using Project Magenta's CDU and have the auto tuning turned off. Any ideas?

Sorted. I was also using PM's Moving Map which I discovered had an option to auto tune. Even though the CDU had the the auto tuning set to off it was over ridden by the Map.
