FSX and some real world training

I thought some of you might be interested in seeing FSX being used in some real world training. I've previously posted some photo's of the cockpit that I built for the Provincial Airtanker Program here in British Columbia, this is a video taken during a training flight with a new Air Attack candidate. The simulators are being flown by the pilots stationed here in Kamloops with the Convair 580 group. The trainee is sitting beside the same pilot he will be working with in the actual plane which really helps add to the realism and builds good CRM practices.

That is awesome. My 727 simulator has been getting use from Vietnam Airlines for CRM training as well.
